May 9th, 2025 – New Dashboard Features Add
Following functionalities have been added to the dashbaord:
- Copy and Paste FAQs: You can now copy and paste multiple paragraphs at once from your FAQ list. Perfect for bulk updates and quick edits.
- Product Catalog / Knowledge Base Export: Need a backup or want to review your content offline? You can now export your Product Catalog and Knowledge Base directly from the dashboard.
