Your AI phone agents can now capture structured data during conversations, such as reservation numbers, request types, plan names, and application dates. Define what to capture in your call flow, and each call will automatically populate those fields as the agent speaks with the customer. Results can then be exported to Excel, turning AI conversations into structured, reportable data for post-call operations.
