Configurable Caller ID for Transferred Calls

Aug 24th – You can now decide what shows up on the receiving side — the original caller, your Omakase number, or a custom one.

Passing the original caller’s number on transfers can trip mobile carrier spam filters, making calls arrive as “unknown caller” or get blocked. Agents can now choose what the receiving side sees: the original caller’s number (as before), the agent’s Omakase number, or a custom number.
